In preparation for seminary starting in a little over a month Candler and I were trying to figure out where in our house we'd like to have the class. Candler wanted to have the class at the kitchen table, but 10 kids in our kitchen is destined to be loud and would require set up and tear down each day. Next thought was the family room, but we didn't want the kids sitting on the couch because at 6:30am they are bound to fall asleep. Putting up a table down there would also require set up and tear down each day.
Last option was the Man Cave. Candler originally said no. Then he thought it over. This was the room in our basement that Candler studied in while in school. It's a good sized room and could easily fit the table and chairs. So Candler made me a deal - if I let him get a flat screen TV he would have seminary in the basement. I decided a few hundred dollars was worth it to keep my house organized. So Candler picked up his TV and the room is slowly coming together.

What a perfect solution to use the Man Cave! You can isolate the class room just a bit, Savannah might be able to sleep in just a little, and Colleen maintains some early morning privacy. What a great solution you guys came up with. Sometimes you will like being able to just close the door on that room and leave it as is for tomorrow's lesson.
