Family KY Visit

Candler's Aunt Judy recently had knee surgery and we hadn't gotten to see her since the surgery. Enter Eve Family trip to KY - Candler's parents, the Tyler Eve Clan, and our family all went down to KY for the weekend. Candler, Sav, and I came in Friday night so Sav could spend more time with Aunt Judy. Friday night Aunt Judy read Sav a couple books and then she went down for the night. She proceeded to wake up a couple times which was when I realized that I hadn't packed any meds for her. Oops!

Sav loved Aunt Judy's dog Bonnie. Bonnie really doesn't move much and doesn't really have teeth, which was perfect for Sav. She brought her toys, wanted to know where Bonnie was, go find Bonnie, check on her, all day long. I think that was the most excitement Bonnie has had in a long time.

Saturday was a busy day - we played in the pool, went on a couple errands, had lunch when the other Eve family arrived, played in Aunt Judy's house, said Hi to Uncle Paul, had dinner with Uncle Mark, took another family swim in the pool, put the kids to bed, then the adults got to chat. Wheh! Sav slept good the second night so Sunday morning we were all in good shape to head back home. It was a quick weekend, but lots of fun. We love playing with family!
