Motherhood Week 1

Our family has survived our first week as a family of three...many challenges but we have found joy in the precious moments and little victories. Victories to date:

1. Getting Savvy to sleep in her bassinet
2. Using a pacifier
3. Learning to love the swaddle me velcro sack
...Not quite a victory yet but surviving feedings...getting a little better each day.

On Saturday my sister-in-law Amelia Eve came over and took some glamor shots of our new family. My sister, her husband, and my parents happened to be over so she included every one in the photos. She did an amazing job and I'm sure will continue to beautifully capture many family photo opts in the future.
